Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Gerald Aquila is the founder and CEO of ONEPOINT. His core responsibilities include marketing, finance, business development, as well as sales for Austria. Since 1996 Mr. Aquila was able to gain substantial experience in the areas of software development, project management, product management and marketing at Hyperwave, one of the leading vendors of knowledge management software in Europe. He was also working as a business consultant for various companies and as a technical consultant and project manager for the Know Center, the Austrian competence center for knowledge management.
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Dieter Freismuth is heading up the core software development team which is repsonsible for the product development. Earlier, he was working as a database developer for Hyperwave with a focus on Oracle. He could gather his extensive Java know how while contributing to several research projects at the IICM of the TU Graz where he also gained first experiences as project manager.
Vice President International Sales
Michael Brand is responsible for the development and the management of the ONEPOINT sales team. Having worked in marketing and sales positions for large companies like Unisys, Oracle and Sequent in the past he brings along a wide management and sales experience. Mr. Brand is located in ONEPOINT's sales office in Haimhausen/Munich and coordinates all international sales efforts.
Peter W. Gstettner
Director Operations & Research
Peter Gstettner is responsible for the operation of the ONEPOINT Projects Cloud infrastructure and as the head of research also for all calculation algorithms of ONEPOINTs substantial planning & controlling functionality. Before joining ONEPOINT, Mr. Gstettner was working in the software development division of one of the major Austrian banks. Prior, he could gain additional experience in the operation and the development of complex software systems at the Hyperwave AG as the deputy director of the database department.
Key Account Manager
David Frauscher advises and supports executives, PMOs and project leaders at every step in the evaluation and implementation process of ONEPOINT Projects - in German, English or French. As a highly experienced project and program manager in international small, medium and large businesses (e.g. Siemens, Knorr-Bremse) and as a holder of several certifications in traditional and agile PM methodologies, Mr. Frauscher knows both the theoretical aspects and the practical challenges of modern project management.
Andrea Schlagbauer is responsible for the operational marketing, coordinates the marketing activities within ONEPOINT and combines her passion for marketing and project management in this position. Before joining ONEPOINT, Mrs. Schlagbauer was working as a division marketing manager at an international technology group in the pulp and paper industry where she could gather experience in all areas of marketing as well as first know-how as a project manager for marketing projects. With further trainings in PM methodologies she has deepened her project management knowledge.
