Take a look at the service desk that lets our customers create support tickets for the ONEPOINT Projects software. Of course, you can still email your questions to our support team.

The service desk is a customer portal where our users can enter tickets for support, licenses, bugs, or new feature requests for our project and portfolio management software. It displays the users' open requests and their current status. Admins can also create an "organization" where all issues from predefined users are displayed together for better overview.
